Dear Senator Feinstein and Senator Boxer,
My name is Kevin Lawrence Bond and I would like to thank you for your offer to assist me with investigating some horrific civil rights violations occurring in the Coachella Valley area of California.
You should be made aware that I served as a Courtroom Deputy Clerk for the Honorable William B. Enright, United States Senior District Court Judge, Southern District of California and the Honorable Nita L. Stormes, United States Magistrate Judge, Southern District of California for the better part of ten years and am still in good standing with every federal agency in the Southern District. My credentials are easily checked through every judge on the federal bench in the Southern District of California, San Diego. I am proud to be a native Californian and moreover American citizen.
Please read the following and know that more than a year ago I was drugged, raped and unknowingly equipped with the following technology by a local narcotics trafficker, Steven Scott Frey. I began hearing transmissions the next day. At first I thought I was going crazy but then I noticed that it seemed more like a surveillance than a psychoses. My personal information was subject to scrutiny and theft by his sister, Victoria aka Lisa Frey.
I would later learn that Steven Scott Frey and Victoria aka Lisa Frey were siblings and that their parents Barbara and Donald Frey are major contributors to the development of what is called Remote Neural Monitoring technology. They live at 704 Wildcreek Circle Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA. 91360; Their telephone number being 805-492-1844.
Donald Frey's specific instructions to his two children when he gave them this technology to protect their narcotics trafficking was, “...do not, under any circumstances, involve political figures as it is highly illegal to monitor private citizens and it could ruin my business.” Barbara Frey has seen this technology working for her children involving private citizens and continued to allow it to be used simply to provide herself with illegal substances, keep her children from being prosecuted for narcotics trafficking and cut their family's legal defense costs.
This technology is not at all meant to be used in the private sector and is highly illegal! My memories of the sensitive high profile federal cases that I witnessed as a C.R.D. should not be revealed to anyone and can be unlocked for anyone that uses RNM without my permission or knowledge. I am an unwilling opened filing cabinet for anyone who has the technology to read RNM transmissions and would despise anybody who would use this sensitive information for personal gain or to hurt others.
It is not a parlor trick nor is it a party game. It is an atrocious invasion of privacy used by Steven and Victoria a.k.a. Lisa Frey as a voyeuristic sexual fantasy device then used as a "protection/extortion" system to cover their heroin, methamphetamine, GHB narcotics sales. They force out other local drug dealers using the information that they glean from the RNM information of their victims and provide it to the Palm Springs Police Department.
Victoria aka Lisa Frey has surreptitiously stalked me all over the desert for the past year and has done everything from re-route my phone calls, forward my messages from my own personal cell phone to her own personal messaging service (that phone number being 1-619-204-0012), drain my bank account, wreck two of my cars, had my friends kick me out of their homes and lives, and threaten my friends, family and loved one with the information she “stole” from my brain. She also enlisted the help of certain officers of the Palm Springs Police Department to assist in the ridiculously slowed down investigation of my rape despite the fact that there was blood at the crime scene, instruments of rape located at the scene of the crime, witnesses to the crime that could have been interviewed, bloody DNA covered clothing given to the reporting officer, a threatening post card delivered to my home and the hepatitis c infection that occurred because of the rape. More than a year since the rape, the police department is still awaiting the results of the DNA sent to the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. (Investigation number #0710P-3599; DOJ and PSPD use the same case number)
I am still being stalked by Victoria aka Lisa Frey and so are many others in the Coachella Valley. I am observed illegally by others who have this system because they are "friends" of the Freys. Basically my significant other and I are a real life unwilling “reality show” trying to find our own lives despite the worst efforts of Steven and Victoria aka Lisa Frey. We love each other and just want to have our own lives back free of the privacy violations that Barbara and Donald Frey have caused.
Read the article posted as "The Thought Machine" it is the best article that I have ever read with regards to what Donald Frey, Remote Neural Monitoring and the Republican Right is doing to our country.
I have recently contacted the Office of Homeland Security, local F.B.I. and C.I.A. I plan on contacting the United Nations human rights division, the office of the Director of National Intelligence, Department of Justice, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and anyone else who is interested in the privacy rights of human beings. I have contacted the Police Complaint Center, Erin Brockovitch and have enlisted the help of the American Civil Liberties Union's Peter Eliasberg to fight the injustice that monitoring the private lives of public individuals has caused.
I am aware that there may actually be over 300 individuals that have been affected by these "mindophiles" in the Coachella Valley region. I would suggest that these people have their heads medically examined for evidence of RNM and contact me at the following email: KevinBond@operamail.com. The economic repercussions of Donald and Barbara Frey's mistake of handing this technology to their children will be incredible but nothing will ever replace the privacy lost to those of us who endure this torture!
A good source of information concerning this technology and the very real problems that it presents to the public is the A.C.L.U.'s Barry Steinhardt, he is the Director of Privacy and Technology Department and is well aware of this sort of privacy violation on the east coast. He needs to know what is happening here in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
Senator Feinstein, you officially have my written permission to open a formal investigation as to the truthful allegations I have made above. This technology is, no doubt, the result of 8 years of the George W. Bush Administration and the Patriot Act destroying the right of privacy involving public individuals. Donald and Barbara Frey have used this past 8 years to develop this technology and introduce it into the public sector, where it simply has no place.
I would be happy to speak with you, Senator Boxer, Senator Barrack Obama and Senator McCain on behalf of the American public and the dangers. I am a living example of the loss of privacy rights that have been stolen from the American Public.
Donald, Barbara, Victoria a.k.a. Lisa and Steven Frey should be investigated, arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
My story is real. I am telling the truth and I need your help. Californians need your help. Americans need to know what has happened.
